A selection of Tasmania’s best and rarest plants will be available in a village green environment at the Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden amidst an amazing array of autumn colour. As part of the Blooming Tasmania Plant Collector’s Autumn Fair you will find trees, shrubs, bulbs, herbaceous plants, natives, and more.
Tasmania has developed an enviable reputation for quality rare and unusual plants. This is a rare opportunity to see them all together. Selected vendors from across Tasmania offer a diverse mix of plants, with expertise to match. A must for all aspiring gardeners, come and add to your distinctive plant collection.
Breffny Road, Romaine via Burnie. Turn left off B22 (Ridgley Highway) 6 km south of Burnie into Cascade Road and follow signs.
Hours: 10.00 am to 3.00 pm
Normal Garden entry fee applies: $6 per adult (accompanied children free)
Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden visitor centre and tea rooms will be open to the public during this event.
